Removal and installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove a back wheel.
  2. Measure axial люфт the bearing of a nave of a back wheel and axial palpation of a nave, operating by analogy to Section Removal, dismantling, assemblage and installation of a nave and a rotary fist.
  3. Take pin counternuts of a power shaft and, having squeezed out a brake pedal, turn out a counternut.
  4. Remove a brake support and a brake disk (the Brake system see the Head).

Reliably tie up a support so that it was not bent and the flexible brake hose was not loaded.

  1. Turn out fixture of the gauge of speed ABS and the holder of its electroconducting.
  2. Disassemble a lay brake (the Brake system see the Head).
  3. Turn out two bolts and disconnect a cable of a lay brake from a casing ступичной assemblages.
  4. Loosen the, two nuts of fastening of a rack of a suspension bracket to ступичной to assemblage.

Bolts yet do not take.

  1. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the longitudinal lever of a suspension bracket to ступичной to assemblage and disconnect from it the lever.
  2. Turn out an adjusting bolt and a nut of fastening of the cross-section lever of №1 suspension brackets to ступичной to assemblage and disconnect from it the lever. Similarly disconnect from ступичной assemblages the cross-section lever №2.
  3. Completely turn out two bolts of fastening of a rack of a suspension bracket to ступичной to assemblage and it.

Do not damage a protective casing and a rotor of the gauge of speed ABS.

  1. Installation is made upside-down. After installation check up a signal from gauge ABS.

Dismantling and assemblage

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove by means of the special adaptation a nave from the holder.
  2. Выпрессуйте an internal holder Hubs the nave bearing.
  3. Turn out 4 nuts and remove a protective casing ступичной assemblages.
  4. Take internal and external epiploons, and also a lock ring.
  5. Выпрессуйте the bearing from the holder of a nave.
  1. If necessary remove bolts of a nave by means of the special adaptation. Installation of bolts is made by a nut tightening.
  1. Assemblage is made upside-down. Tighten connections with demanded efforts. Use new epiploons and a lock ring. If at installation of an internal holder Hubs the bearing and its balls the weak point is formed, make sure that they are established on the correct party.
