The general information

The description of systems

The heating system consists of the fan and the heat exchanger located in the uniform block. Hot ОЖ passes through the heat exchanger. At moving of the handle of management by modes of the heater, located on the panel of devices, opens заслонка, and hot air starts to arrive in car salon. If to include the heater fan, air will move in salon more intensively. The fan can work with different degree of intensity. For possibility of rotation of the fan with various speed the resistor is established. At closed заслонке ОЖ arrives on a small contour back in a contour of a radiator of the engine.

Before getting to salon, air passes through the filter in which the basic share of a dust settles. It is necessary to observe periodicity of replacement of the filter since the filter hammered by a dust limits air giving that will lead to a stagnation of air in salon.

Distribution of streams of air of system of ventilation is carried out also with the help заслонок. On all models the air circulation mode is provided.

Air central air (К/В) enters into a standard complete set of cars considered in the present Management.

Works with system K/V should be carried out in a specialised workshop. Do not open a contour of circulation of a coolant as at contact with a skin the coolant can cause обморожение. Procedures of repair of system K/V in the present Management are not considered.

By means of system K/V air temperature in salon can lower concerning external temperature. At work of system humidity in salon decreases. In the crude weather, arriving fresh air preliminary it is cooled, then again heats up to the set temperature. Thus its drainage is made. By means of this procedure it is possible to get rid from запотевания glasses.

System K/V consists of the compressor, the condenser, the evaporator, capacity with a coolant and pipelines. In system the coolant (type R134а) which depending on temperature and pressure can be in liquid or a gaseous state circulates.

The conditioner compressor is resulted by a multiridge belt from a cranked shaft of the engine. He creates pressure in a contour of the coolant representing gas, and causes its heating. In the condenser the coolant is cooled by external air. Thereof разогретый the coolant is condensed, turning to a liquid. Under a high pressure it is passed through the valve therefore its pressure falls. After that the coolant evaporates in a contour, simultaneously strongly being cooled. In the evaporator the coolant selects heat from air blown through it. Thereof air is cooled. Cooled air arrives in car salon. As a result of heating in the evaporator the coolant turns to gas and under low pressure arrives in the compressor then circulation process repeats.

Security measures at service К/В

System K/V should be served by exclusively prepared technicians trained in safe working methods with application of the appropriate equipment and with observance of rules of depressurization, and also acquainted with receptions of gathering and storage of an automobile coolant.

  • Do not suppose contact of a coolant to a skin;
  • At work near to a central air put on goggles;
  • At coolant hit on a skin or in eyes do not pound the amazed place. Immediately wash out the amazed site cold water within not less than 15 minutes. Immediately address for medical aid in a medical institution. Self-treatment is not supposed;
  • The coolant is stored in a new cylinder under pressure. Store a cylinder at temperature not above +50 hailstones. Take the measures excluding falling of a cylinder from height or other situations which can lead to its damage;
  • Works should be spent in well aired premise. The coolant quickly evaporates, leads to reduction of access of oxygen and the complicated breath;
  • The gaseous coolant is heavier than air and rather quickly should gather below, for example, under the car;
  • At coolant combustion poisonous gas is formed. Store a coolant far from open sources of fire. Do not smoke at work with system K/V;
  • At carrying out of welding works near to system K/V do not subject to its influence of a heat or an open flame. The overheat can lead to pressure increase in system and to ignition;
  • Clearing of the condenser or the evaporator by means of water steam is not supposed. It is necessary to use only cold water or compressed air.
