Removal and installation of assemblage of valves AT

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the bottom protective casing of an impellent compartment, turn out a drain stopper and empty АТ.
  1. Turn out 18 bolts of fastening of the pallet картера АТ, remove the pallet and disconnect from it a lining.
  2. Remove magnets and collect with their help metal particles from the pallet картера АТ. Examine metal particles on a magnet and on the pallet – steel particles (magnetised) specify in deterioration of bearings, gear wheels and washers, instead of magnetised (copper or brass) – on deterioration of plugs.
  1. Turn out 3 bolts and remove маслозаборник with a sealing ring.
  1. Separate sockets of five э/м switching valves.
  2. Turn out a bolt, remove a lock plate and remove the gauge of temperature ATF (the Section Replacement of gauges see).
  3. Liberate electroconducting from two holders.
  1. Turn out 17 bolts and remove assemblage of valves.

Do not drop assemblage of the control valve, a spring and the accumulator piston.


  1. Remove the case of the control valve, a spring and three linings.
  1. Turn out 5 bolts and remove 5 э/м switching valves.
  1. Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components, tighten fixture with demanded efforts, use new linings and sealing rings.
