Components of installation АТ (U140F)

2 — a weight Cable
3 — the Right support
4 — the Right rack of an exhaust pipe

6 — the Stopper of an aperture for pressure measurement in lines АТ

8 — the Left rack of an exhaust pipe

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the power unit from the car (see Has undressed Removal and engine installation, check of support).
  2. Remove a starter (see Has undressed Removal and starter installation).
  3. Turn out bolts and nuts and remove the left and right racks of an exhaust pipe.
  4. Turn out 5 bolts and remove the right support.
  5. Turn out 2 bolts the bottom cover driving a disk.
  6. Turning a cranked shaft, turn out fastening bolts coupling the hydrotransformer.
  1. Turn out three bottom bolts of fastening АТ.
  1. Turn out bolts of fastening of cables of weight to АТ and disconnect these cables.
  2. Disconnect from АТ following sockets:
    • Socket Д/В of a mode «P» / «N»;
    • Electroconducting socket э/м the valve;
    • Socket of the gauge of entrance turns of the hydrotransformer;
    • Socket of the gauge of speed of an auxiliary gear wheel.
  3. Liberate burn down electroconductings from holders.
  4. Turn out 5 top bolts of fastening АТ and disconnect a weight cable.
  5. Remove АТ.
  6. Installation is made upside-down. Tighten fixture with demanded effort.
  7. After installation adjust a drive of a gear change and Д/В modes «P» / «N». Fill АТ with liquid ATF, check up its level. Make a trial trip on the car.
