Components of a back door
|

- Remove заглушку, turn out the screw and remove an edging of the internal lever of unlocking of the lock of a back door by means of a screw-driver.
- Wring out clamps and remove the control panel window lift.

- Remove заглушки screws, turn out screws and remove clamps.
|
- Insert a screw-driver between a door and its furnish and wring out the furnish panel.
- Remove the panel of furnish of a door together with consolidation. Replace its clamps and remove consolidation.
- Separate two sockets, liberate electroconducting of the block of management from the holder, turn out two screws and remove the block of management of a back door.
- Separate a socket, turn out 3 bolts and remove speaker.
- Turn out the screw of fastening of the lever of unlocking of the lock, disconnect from the lever two cables and remove the lever.
- Remove two plugs and a cover of a service aperture.
- Remove consolidation.
- Lower glass so that in a service aperture bolts of its fastening were visible. Give nuts, take glass from holders and lower it in a door.

Preliminary lay in a door rags not to scratch glass. Arrange glass as it is possible more close to forehand for a door. |
- Turn out two bolts and the screw of fastening of a dividing lath and shift it forward.
- Turn a lath on a quarter of a turn and take out it from a window doorway upwards.
- Remove the fixed glass, having pulled for its top corner forward and downwards. Separate from glass consolidation.
- Accurately take out upwards from a door glass.
- Separate a socket, turn out 4 bolts and remove window raiser through a service aperture.

Necessarily separate a socket to exclude operation possibility window raiser and trauma receptions. |
- Uncover the lever of blocking of the lock, turn out 4 bolts, separate 2 sockets and remove the lock.
- Turn out 2 screws and remove a lock casing.
- Turn out two bolts and remove the external handle of a door.
- Remove basic pillows.

- Give fixture of loops and the terminator of a door and remove it, preliminary having removed the panel of facing of the central rack of a body. For this purpose remove overlays of thresholds of forward and back doors then liberate from clamps and remove the panel of facing of the central rack of a body.

- At installation of the door especially new, it is necessary to adjust its position, operating with a similar case of adjustment of position of a forward door. Efforts of a tightening of bolts are specified in Specifications of the Head the Body.
- Installation is made upside-down. Tighten fixture with demanded efforts, use new clamps.
